DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are unable to accept returns for goods sold. However, we provide the option for exchanges in accordance with the following terms:

• You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to exchange items purchased from www.boundkowloon.com or in store at 32 Boundary Street, Hong Kong
• Orders can be exchanged by mail or in store
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
• Valid receipt and/or order number is required in order to process all exchanges 
• Exchange shipping charges are covered at the customer’s expense 
• Packaged food items are not exchangeable due to health and hygiene concerns
• We do not accept exchanges for our products sold at a third party retailer. Please contact the third party retailer in which you purchased your item(s) and refer to their return policy

All purchases on special collaboration items, sales items and vintage items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
