We offer the following shipping/pick up method:

IN-STORE PICK UP

Once you receive a confirmation email for your order, you can retrieve your items from our shop every day between 3pm and 1am. Please bring your order number and your name for verification. Our shop is located at 32 Boundary Street, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong.

LOCAL SHIPPING

We offer free local shipping on all orders over HK$800. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

Orders under HK$800 will be charged HK$45 shipping & handling.

All local shipments are handled through SF Express. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free international shipping on all orders over US$200. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

Orders under US$200 will be charged US$30 for standard shipping and US$45 for express shipping.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders received after 2pm HKT will ship out the following business day.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping/processing of in-stock item. Shipping/processing time for preorder items vary, please check with our staff before you place an order: info@boundkowloon.com

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that taxes and duties are not listed on the website nor charged at checkout. Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties charges you may incur.

LOST PACKAGES

We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
